Are group lessons only for teenagers of the same age?
Groups can be mixed with people of different ages but with the same level.
Which ski pass is required for my child's level?
Beginners don't need a ski pass on Sundays. Please contact your instructor to know which ski pass is required for the lessons on the other days. 
A "Classic" ski pass is required from Class 1 level from the 1st lesson.
My child is a beginner and I would like to take the ski pass option with his/her lessons, which area is covered by the pass and for how many days?
We will provide your child a "Classic Pass" valid for 6 days from the first time he/she uses a ski lift.
With the Free equipment promotion, where do I collect the ski equipment for my child?
When you arrive in resort, please come to collect the voucher at the esf office to get the equipment from the shop.
With the Free equipment promotion, can my child keep the equipment outside of the ski lessons and for how many days?
Yes, he/she can keep the equipment all week.
With the equipment option, where do I pick up the equipment?
When you arrive at the station, please come to the esf office to pick up a voucher to exchange the equipment in the store
With the equipment option, can my teen keep the equipment outside of the ski lessons and for how many days?
Yes, he/she can keep the equipment all week (7 days).
Are the beginner ski pass or equipment options available with the morning + afternoon lessons?
No, these options are only available for the half-day lessons.
