My child has already been to the Club Piou Piou and got the Piou Piou, Blanchot or Sifflote level, in which level should he/she be enrolled?
You must enrol him/her in Piou Piou.
My child has already been to the Club Piou Piou  and got the Garolou level,  in which level should he/she be enrolled?
You must enrol him/her in Ourson. Please contact us to book.
With the Free equipment promotion, where do I collect the ski equipment for my child?
When you arrive in resort, please come to collect the voucher at the esf office to get the equipment from the shop.
With the Free equipment promotion, can my child keep the equipment outside of lessons?
Yes, your child can keep the equipment all week.
Which ski pass is needed for my child's level?
In Piou Piou and Ourson levels, the ski pass is not needed on Sunday. Please contact the instructor to find out which ski pass to get for the lessons on the next days.
Do I have to buy a ski pass if my child is under 5 years old?
For children under 5 years old, the ski pass is free but mandatory to use the lifts. The lift office will give it to you on presentation of a proof of age.
