With esf Arc2000, the Carré Neige insurance is offered for all types of lessons when you book online or at the ticket office.

What happens in the case of an accident?

How do I get a refund for ski lessons?
Fill in the claim form available on the Carré Neige website (www.carreneige.com) within 8 days or in any place where you can purchase a Carré Neige insurance and then send it with the supporting documents, to the following address:

• Original ski pass (and/or proof of purchase of ski pass and of Carré Neige insurance).
